Celebrate Summer in Excelsior Springs! Waterfest 2008 is just around the corner! June 27, 28 and 29. Bands, booths, food, fireworks and special activities for the kids! Ms. Major and her Minor Mood Swings, pictured above, will be featured again this year. May Events: • May 18 – Riesling Wine Tasting at The Elms Resort & Spa, 3 p.m. Cost is $30 per person.
